I am a Level 1 USAT Coach and a USA Cycling Coach. I have raced in numerous triathlons and duathlons and have placed in my age group.
I went from my first sprint to a 70.3 race in less than a year. With little knowledge and inproper training I was not able to finish my first or second 70.3.
I returned better equiped mentally and physically and finished not one but two 70.3 races in one year. I have learned what it takes to finish a race succesfully
and I can help you finish your race and reach your goals.
 Sprint to Olympic Distances
 Consultation, evalutaion, and goal setting.
 Weekly training program designed specifically for you and your race.
 Weekly contact with coach.
 One-on-one training sessions a week, along with access to group sessions
and training camps.
 Half Iron Distance
 Consultation, evaluation and goal setting.
 Weekly training program designed for you and your race.
 Weekly contact with coach
 Two one-on-one training sessions a week, access to group sessions and training camps.
 Just need a written program without the coaching?
  • 8-10 week programs for Sprint distance.
  • 10-13 week programs for Olympic distance.
  • 13-16 week programs for Half Ironman distance.
